Geeks For Geeks is a great source for a more general overview of different coding languages and how those languages differ from one another. The website does offer paid courses but allows from use of the majority of the site!
W3Schools
W3Schools is a free website that allows you to learn the basics for many coding languages such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, Python, Java, PHP, C, C++, C#, BootStrap, React, and more! The website also allows you to make an account to track your progress, set goals, and more!

NotePad ++
Notepad ++ is an open source code/text editor that supports multiple languages many of which are taught on W3Schools! Notepad++ was coded by Don Ho, who has worked on the project since 2003.
